the inside of the front wall of the house, and into the rooms under the house.

Placing sandbags in front of this area are stopping the water getting into the house. "

Some "specialist" had previously done waterproofing by smearing polyurethane sealant with his finger,

taking money for this "waterproofing".

This NEVER works! But people persistently do it.

We don't typically offer our branded "Triple Protection" method for these types of situations because

water often runs under the concrete and waterproofing the footpath-to-wall joint doesn't work.

But in this case, sandbags helped temporarily stop the water. This means that rainwater penetrated

exactly through the junction of the wall and the concrete path.

First of all, it is necessary to remove the "professionally applied" sealant in order to clean the joint.

After this, injection packers are installed and high pressure injection with Hydrophilic Polyurethane

Injection Resin is performed.

The Hydrophilic Polyurethane Injection Resin is injected under high pressure into the joint and fills it

completely.

Expanding and increasing in volume, part of the resin protrudes outward. This means that the joint and all

existing voids and cavities are filled completely.

The next day, the injection packers and excess product are removed.

Once dry, the membrane will take on a dark gray color. We carry out the work very carefully using masking

tape. Therefore the edges are smooth and beautiful. 

In the future the customer can paint the membrane any color. The appearance of the house does not

suffer at all.
