Sydney Road, Brunswick.
The customer contacted us with a request to solve the problem of water leaking through a crack in the
outer wall.

The building owner made multiple attempts to fix the leak, hiring different companies.
The result was always the same - water continued to leak through the crack in the wall. There are living
rooms behind the wall and this created great inconvenience for the residents.
We decided to use our signature technology - "Triple Protection".
1. Injection with Hydrophilic Polyurethane Injection Resin.
2. Filling cracks and holes after removing injection packers with rapid-setting cementitious compound Sika
Plug (Fast Setting Water Plug).
3. Application of 3 layers of Fibre Reinforced Waterproofing Membrane, suitable for negative pressure.
The top of the crack is 15 meters above ground level.

Step one is the injection.

Step two - remove injection packers, clean the surface with a grinder, open the crack.

Step three - filling the open cracks and holes.

The final step is to apply three layers of membrane.
