I would like to mention an interesting case.
Once a desperate builder addressed us. He built a new
house. This house was sold a few weeks ago. Everything
was great, but suddenly, the buyer found a huge puddle on
the floor of the garage occurring after a heavy rain.
The builder tried independently to determine how water
got into the garage and even tried to fix the leak with
silicone. It certainly didn’t help, and the garage floor was
flooded with water again after the next rain.
A construction company asked us to detect and fix the
problem.
After a thorough inspection and analysis of the situation,
we found a possible area in the garage where the water
exits, but we could not detect where the water enters the
garage.

We have chosen the following method for waterproofing
the leaking garage: Crack Injection with Hydrophilic
Polyurethane Injection Resin.

In the course of work, it is necessary to drill holes to the
desired depth at the right angle. After drilling, the hole is
full of cement dust, which will prevent the penetration of
the product into the crack, so the holes must be cleaned.
We use an Air blow gun to do this. The gun nozzle is
inserted into the hole and blows all the dust out with high pressure.
Sometimes it blows out some water if there is moisture in
the crack.
But this is the first time we’ve seen this. In the video you
can see how our technician blows the hole and what
happens as a result.

When drilling, we found a huge cavity (void) under the
garage floor. It was filled with water. Thanks to fountain
going outside we find a hole where the water percolates to
the area under the floor.
After that, we only needed to fill this void with the product,
and the problem was fixed!
This video shows how the product pumped into the cavity
(void) reacts with water expanding in volume, filling all
existing voids and at the same time pushing out the water
located there.

As general, the quote does not include the wall rendering,
painting, the plasterboard and skirting board recovery.
